Nigerian Content
Kestrel intends to structure its scopes, employment and supply chain to support Nigerian content objectives under applicable frameworks, including those administered by the NCDMB.

Sustainability & local content
Kestrel's local content approach is a business strategy as well as a compliance commitment: capability domiciled in Nigeria is what makes delivery durable.
Our approach
Kestrel intends to structure its scopes, employment and supply chain to support Nigerian content objectives under applicable frameworks, including those administered by the NCDMB.
Our priority is recruiting and developing Nigerian engineers, technicians and support personnel, with development plans aligned to the technical scopes we pursue.
Training is planned around specific technologies and equipment, delivered with partner organisations and OEMs where their systems are involved.
Partnership agreements are structured with the intention of transferring methods, systems and competence into the Nigerian organisation over time.
Where Nigerian vendors can meet technical, quality and safety requirements, Kestrel intends to source locally and support supplier development.
Kestrel intends to conduct activities in accordance with applicable Nigerian environmental requirements, including those of the Federal Ministry of Environment.
Safe work is a precondition of activity. Kestrel is developing its HSE management arrangements as operational scopes are taken on.
Where Kestrel works, we intend to engage host communities respectfully and support local participation in appropriate scopes.
Supporting increased domestic utilisation of Nigeria's gas resources for cleaner, more reliable industrial and power supply.
Transparency
Kestrel Petroleum publishes no performance statistics, sustainability ratings, certifications or measured environmental or social outcomes, because as an emerging company we do not yet have audited results to report.
Reported metrics and formal management-system certifications will be published only once they exist and can be substantiated.
Regulatory registrations and service permits are being developed in accordance with applicable Nigerian requirements.
